Airfryer:  Add the cubed tofu to the airfryer basket and fry at 400° for 15 minutes (shake the basket every 5 minutes to ensure evenness).
Oven: Spread the cubes on a lined baking sheet and bake at 425° for 25 minutes (flip midway).

Saute the garlic and ginger in a couple of tablespoons of water over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Add the orange juice, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce an chili flakes and stir over medium heat.

Dissolve the cornstarch in a few tablespoons of water in a separate bowl, then add the mixture to the pot.

Stir the contents continuously over low heat for 2-3 minutes.

Stir the mixture until it has a thin syrupy consistency.

Remove the tofu from the air fryer or oven when it has a light brown color on the outside of the cubes.

Add the tofu to the pot and allow it to simmer over low heat until the tofu has absorbed some of the glaze.

Plate the tofu with rice or vegetable.

Add orange zest. plus sriracha or chili oil, then smile, because you're going to love this meal!
