Pan Seared Garlic Asparagus
Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Easy.
Ingredients List (screenshot for an easy shopping list):
- Bundle of Asparagus
- 1 tbsp Oil (I use grapeseed oil)
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1 large baggie or flat container

Note: This is an overnight recipe.
Snap the bottoms off of the asparagus, then add the bundle to the baggie, along with the oil. |
Add the minced garlic, then close the bag and shake vigorously until all of the asparagus is coated. |
If time allows, place the baggie into the fridge overnight. |
