Pan Seared Garlic Asparagus

Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Easy.

Ingredients List (screenshot for an easy shopping list):

  • Bundle of Asparagus
  • 1 tbsp Oil (I use grapeseed oil)
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 large baggie or flat container

Photographic Directions

Note: This is an overnight recipe.

Snap the bottoms off of the asparagus, then add the bundle to the baggie, along with the oil.

Add the minced garlic, then close the bag and shake vigorously until all of the asparagus is coated.

If time allows, place the baggie into the fridge overnight.

Saute the asparagus over medium heat.  I like it when it is softened, but still slightly firm, and seared on the outside.
