Triple Layer No-Bake Dessert Cups

Vegan. (Relatively) Healthy. Delicious. Easy.

This recipe combines a number of yummy flavors into one unbelievable treat!

Ingredients List (screenshot for an easy shopping list):

  • 2.75 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Dates
  • 0.25 cup Tahini
  • 4.25 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • Creamy sunflower butter (or any nut butter)
  • 1 cup Vegan Chocolate Chips (half blended, half melted)
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)

Nutrition Information:

  • We don't really need to go there, now do we?! 😉

Photographic Methods

Add the oatmeal to a food processor.

Blend the oatmeal until it becomes oat flour.

Add the dates, tahini, syrup & vanilla.

Blend the ingredients to a thick paste, adding water in small bits as needed.

Blend in or fold in half of the chocolate chips.

Melt the other half of the chips and the coconut oil.

Scoop the date mixture into a non-stick muffin pan.

Add enough of the nut butter to create a second layer.

Pour on enough of the chocolate/oil mixture to create the top layer.

Store the pan in the freezer until the treats are frozen solid.

Enjoy your dessert frozen.  I dare you to stop at just one! 😁
