Chewy Breakfast Cookies
Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Easy.
Ingredients (Screenshot for an easy shopping list):
- 2 Over Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Almond or Oat Flour
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats or Instant Irish Oats
- 3 tbsp Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp (or more) of Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips
Nutrition Information (~1/10 Recipe):
- Calories: 151
- Protein: 4 g
- Carbs: 20 g (2 g fiber, 10 g sugar)
- Fats: 7 g (1 g sat fat, 0 g cholesterol)
Mash the bananas using a fork or potato masher... |
Then fold the flour into the mashed bananas... |
Then fold in the oats... |
Then pour in the syrup... |
And mix everything thoroughly... |
Finally, mix in the chocolate chips! |
Place 2-3" diameter portions onto a lightly oiled baking sheet... |
Then bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until lightly brown on the outside. |
Enjoy while still warm. Top with chocolate sauce and dip in any type of nut butter. |
