Chewy Breakfast Cookies

Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Easy.

Ingredients (Screenshot for an easy shopping list):

  • 2 Over Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cup Almond or Oat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats or Instant Irish Oats
  • 3 tbsp Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp (or more) of Non-Dairy Chocolate Chips




Nutrition Information (~1/10 Recipe):

  • Calories: 151
  • Protein: 4 g
  • Carbs: 20 g (2 g fiber, 10 g sugar)
  • Fats: 7 g (1 g sat fat, 0 g cholesterol)

Mash the bananas using a fork or potato masher...

Then fold the flour into the mashed bananas...

Then fold in the oats...

Then pour in the syrup...

And mix everything thoroughly...

Finally, mix in the chocolate chips!

Place 2-3" diameter portions onto a lightly oiled baking sheet...

Then bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, until lightly brown on the outside.

Enjoy while still warm.  Top with chocolate sauce and dip in any type of nut butter.
