PB&J and Cinnamon Baked Oats
Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Easy.
Ingredients List (Screenshot for an easy shopping list):
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 ripe or overripe mashed banana
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- splash of vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp jam or jelly
- 1 tbsp nut butter
- Baked uncovered at 375 for about 20 minutes
Looks really good. I will try this recipe today.
