Açaí Roots Bowl
Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Easy.
Ingredients (screenshot for an easy shopping list):
Smoothie:
- 1/2 cup Açaí Roots Sorbet
- 2 Frozen Strawberries
- 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries
- 1 tbsp Flax Meal
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Vanilla Ripple Milk
Toppings:
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
- 1/4 serving (7 g) Walnuts
- 1/3 serving (10 g) Dried Cranberries
- 1/8 Avocado
Nutrition Information:
- 600 Calories
- 15 g Protein
- 98 g Carbs (45 g sugar, 15 g fiber)
- 19 g Fats (2 g sat fat, 0 g cholesterol)
Photographic Directions:
Make sure to freeze the fruits in advance, then when it's time to prepare the smoothie, lay out and measure all of the ingredients. |
Add the smoothie ingredients to a food blender or blender bottle (I use the Ninja, which works very well for this and many other projects). |
Stuff in the spinach, or as much of it that will fit, then top off the bottle with the Ripple milk. |
