Crazy Mixed Up Toast Spread

- 1/2 Ounce each of hempseed, chia seeds & ground flaxseed
- 1 container (340-400 g) of nut butter
- 1/4 banana (sliced)
- a few pepitas (any large seed)
- Fruit jam or marmalade
- Dave's Killer Bread: 21 whole grain & seeds (thin-sliced) or epic everything bagels

Blend the mixed nuts on slow speed, until they are crunchy but not creamy. |
Measure a half-ounce (about 1 tablespoon) of a variety of seeds. |
Stir the mixed nuts, seeds & nut butter in a large bowl. |
Toast the bread or bagel to light brown. |
Serve each bread slice or bagel half with a tablespoon of spread, a quarter sliced banana, a few pepitas, and a tablespoon of jam. |
