Sweet-n-Spicy Chili Tofu Stir Fry
Vegan. Healthy. Delicious. Easy.

This stir fry has a delightful balance of sweet and spicy. Compliment it with white or brown rice, seasoned with a few dashes of soy sauce & Sriracha, and garnished with jalapeño & cilantro.

Ingredients (screenshot for an easy shopping list):
Step 1: Heat oil over medium heat.
Step 2: Dice & add tofu & vegetables to hot oil, stirring frequently.
- 2 servings Organic High Protein Tofu
- 2 large Carrots
- 1 Leak
- 1/2 each Orange/Red/Yellow Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Purple Cabbage
- 1 Zucchini
- 2 stalks Celery
Step 3: Add chili sauce & chili oil to vegetables, stirring liberally.
- 1 bottle Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 tbsp Thai Chili Oil
Step 4: When the rest of the vegetables are soft, add the spinach and stir thoroughly.
- 1 large handful of Organic Spinach
