Homemade Plantain Chips

Vegan.  Healthy.  Delicious. Easy.  


Ingredients:

- Plantain (yellow-green)
- Sea Salt
- Olive Oil Spray
NOTE:  I used my airfryer. but you can also bake the plantain chips.

Nutrition Information (half plantain, 100 g):

- Calories: 49
- Protein:  1 g
- Carbs:  13 g (6 g sugar, 1 g fiber)
- Fats: 0 g

    1. Mine is a Chefman. I got it from Amazon, but I'm pretty sure it was the best rated small-capacity air fryer.
